DUNJA DUMANSKI
With more than 18 years of professional photography experience and a degree from the Art Center College of Design, Dunja’s client portfolio ranges from experimental start-ups to large corporations. She has worked with highly skilled creatives in Germany, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Dunja's work is defined by her lighting expertise.
LEO ESTEVEZ
Leo has 15 years of lead design experience, a degree from the Art Center College of Design, and a Master’s in New Media Design and Fine Art from UC Berkeley. His installations have been presented in the Munich National Opera House, the Pacific Design Center, and many galleries throughout the world. He has built a professional reputation working for brands like Oracle, Vera Wang, and Adobe. As the creative director and front end developer at Small Green Door, Leo's process is driven by experimentation and user-centered interactive design.
CLAIRE HEDDLES
Claire is a writer using a background in sociology and economics to investigate and translate the world around her. She currently serves as the lead copywriter and events manager at Small Green Door. In this capacity, she develops brand-specific content, executes social media marketing campaigns, and plans art openings, panel discussions, and other community events.
ADAM LEVOY
Adam is a business builder, with a background in finance, e-commerce, and marketing. At Small Green Door, Adam spends his time developing and executing growth strategies for clients at all stages. Having launched and grown businesses of his own, his entrepreneurial experience provides the vision and work ethic necessary to achieve sustainable growth. Adam is a fun loving crypto and board game nerd who enjoys catching waves on the weekends.
NATALIA GAGUNASHVILI
Natalia is a photography editor and junior brand designer with a focus in digital painting, color correction, and retouching. Her background in graphic design and post-production gave her a sharp eye that ensures each photo’s clean, cohesive, and artistic looks in her projects. In and outside of the Small Green Door studio, Natalia designs and retouches images, wrapping up each one as if it were a piece of candy.
TARINA DOOLITTLE
Tarina is a visual artist specializing in editorial, product, and social photography. Her years of experience and polished eye provides a unique and stylized look to the art she creates, both in and outside of the Small Green Door studio. When she’s not working with us, Tarina shoots concerts, cosmetics, and other lifestyle brands, capturing moments of artistic passion and intrigue across multiple mediums and platforms.
MATT CHAIT
Matt is a polymath of creative talents ranging from brand development, graphic and web design, copywriting and art curation to his background as a studio musician (ask to see his platinum record!). Matt's been working with Small Green Door since 2012 both in-house and remotely since relocating to Nashville, TN, where he is currently managing projects in the Alzheimer's and non-profit fields while voraciously pursuing the definitively greatest Hot Chicken in the country.
HALEY SPIELBERG
Haley is a storyteller and PR professional, a second degree black belt and an eyeglasses enthusiast. Her background in journalism and political science shapes the way she approaches, analyzes, and executes the projects she works on. As a copywriter and communications associate for Small Green Door, Haley develops brand-specific content for both web and print, plans and implements social media strategy, and conducts press outreach for the studio.
CONNOR VANGOEY
Connor is a lead web designer and developer for Small Green Door. His skill and finesse in both web design and development stems from his love of computers, technology, and motion graphics. Connor also dabbles in hardware construction, building custom computer machinery for our studio. When he’s off the clock, Connor enjoys snowboarding and drinking beer with friends.
ELINA KRASTEVA
Elina is a seasoned graphic designer and illustrator, working in the field for more than 7 years. She’s self-motivated and optimistic, bringing her can-do attitude into the Small Green Door studio and onto the projects she’s a part of. Her interests in photography and street art inspire and influence the content she creates. When she’s not in our studio, Elina likes to illustrate children's books and paint things that catch her artistic eye.
DASHA KONDRATENKO
Dasha is a member of the web development team, assisting with front-end development for Small Green Door. She crafts websites and programs from scratch, starting with a brand-specific concept and ending with a fully functional, user-friendly site for our clients. When she’s not coding in the studio, Dasha focuses on her personal and professional growth, reworking and refining her own technical skills for future projects.
HENRY TULL
Henry is a multi-instrumentalist specializing in piano composition. He started working for Small Green Door in 2013, writing jingles for clients and assisting with various tasks around the studio. During his time here, Henry has expanded his creative arsenal, taking up projects that include painting, construction, electrical and woodworking. At home, Henry can be found in his professional grade recording studio, making music for himself and others.
